Terms of Use

openrole is provided for lawful job posting, hiring, and job application activity. Employers are responsible for the accuracy of their job listings, company information, and hiring decisions. Applicants are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit through profiles, resumes, and applications.

Employers may not post misleading, discriminatory, illegal, abusive, or otherwise prohibited listings. openrole may remove content or restrict access when platform misuse, policy violations, or security concerns are identified.

Paid employer access, including one-time posts and recurring plans, is subject to the billing terms shown at checkout. Subscription access remains active through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. One-time job posting access lasts for the stated access window.

openrole is provided on an as-is basis. We work to keep the platform available, accurate, and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every listing, application, or communication will be error-free.
