Applicant information is visible to employers only when it is submitted as part of an application or otherwise shared through the platform. Employer information is used to manage company records, billing, and job listings.

We use third-party providers for infrastructure and platform services, including hosting, database storage, file storage, email delivery, and payment processing. Those providers may process data as needed to support openrole.
